Great room with fireplace and another downstairs room very spacious with exposed beams with possibility 'to sleep on the sofa bed. Air conditioning in most of the home and the proximity to the marina for greater comfort in the availability spostamenti.Eventuale other 'in the vicinity' of the house for 4/5 people with a terrace on the main square.Possible garage on richiesta.ge available for a fee. Marco was very accommodating. We had a last minute change of plans and arrived by car. He helped secure parking for us. We had some communications issues because we were traveling for 2 weeks prior to our arrival, and he was very patient with the issues we faced.
My only concern is that the property is us a very steep alley, which wasn’t stated in the listing. Not a property for someone with mobility issues. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The only thing was the house need to renovation, its old and Thats ok but there was mogly in the lower rooms and everything was moisture..!
It was really cold and no heating availibly.
The owner is going to sell the property so unforternatly I cant come back, it was great!

Stupenda vacanza
Posizione della casa ottima per visitare il castello ed il centro e con una vista spettacolare. Alle spalle c'è una piccola caletta libera che si raggiunge in 5 min scarsi. L'accesso alla casa è solo tramite scale quindi da valutare se si hanno bambini piccoli o persone con difficoltà motorie (anche in casa ci sono più scale interne). E' ideale sopratutto per famiglie/coppie numerose vista l'ottima disposizione su più livelli delle camere. L'intimità è assicurata anche in 10 pax.
Piacevole cenare in terrazza grazie anche alla vista.
Supporto del proprietario e di Paolo davvero ottimo.

This is a large, beautiful apartment in the beautiful heart of Lerici. We had two families - with 2 children each - staying there, and there was so much space we never felt crowded. The upstairs bedrooms are beautiful with wonderful views of the harbor. We enjoyed the balcony and great views from there, too. Well-appointed and comfortable, and there were plenty of bed linens and towels for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated!. It is very close to the piazza and harbor, restaurants, shopping, as well as the castle and beaches. Fantastic location, and we loved staying there. Paulo and Marco were very helpful in meeting our needs. We didn't have wifi connection, but found it at nearby cafes.

The apartment is located in the centre of Lerici with a beautiful view to the harbour. We have stayed there three times during the summer and we will keep coming back. Casa grande, accogliente, nel centro storico, vista meravigliosa sul mare,tanti posti letto che ci hanno consentito di ospitare amici. Attrezzatura per la tavola e per i letti come quella di una casa di città. Gusto notevole. Sollecita attenzione del padrone di casa per eventuali problemi sorti. Davvero una casa di buona famiglia. Terrazza sul mare, vinili, bei libri, CD, videocassette DVD...non mancava proprio nulla....anche più di quello che ci saremmo aspettati.Piacevole sopresa.
