The View Bouznika

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We traveled as a family with three generations and were accommodated in several rooms. Everyone felt comfortable and truly enjoyed their stay. As a pleasant surprise, we even received a complimentary room upgrade for one of our rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is absolutely amazing and was a highlight for both children and adults. The restaurants offer a great variety of delicious food, ensuring that everyone can find something they like. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, and the facilities were well maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return in the future. Nothing to mention

The room was spacious, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstanding throughout my stay, providing warm and attentive service. I would especially like to thank Ayoub, whose kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made my experience even more enjoyable.

I believe the swimming pool and services around may need further attention to improve especially the flooring around.

The staff where great, the spa/treatments and gym was excellent.

The hotel was like a ghost town, while it was nice there was no communication in relation to almost all amenities/bars restaurants being closed. The hotel has a nice, staff where good. The lobby was nice but drinks are not allowed in the lobby. Of the multiple restaurants most where not open. Two were open when we arrived but by the end of our stay only one was open. We were not made aware of this. Zero communication. Breakfast the first few days was a fine buffet, but due to ramadan on the last day breakfast/ service and the lack of food options was poor. A limited table service breakfast was put in place of the buffet. Even tho the hotel was empty when we tried to eat after sunset in the only restaurant still open, we were discouraged by staff as it was a Muslim only meal which we actually wanted to try. We ended up getting iver priced room service and beer instead.. Booked a Taxi company taxi to rabat airport it was €40. when I enquired the hotel wanted to charge €120 euro. Overall, staff where friendly. But amenities, price and food quality very inconsistent.
