The staff were excellent, especially on the reception. The friendliness of all the staff. The breakfast was excellent the choices impressive. The bed was very comfortable and so was the room and the balconies. The pool was excellent and very clean and the gardens the same many thanks.

I had a good time at Wot, the staff was very friendly, the room was tidy and clean, the common areas were quiet and chill.
If I have to point something out is just that location is not walking distance to anything of interest, but by car you are very close to Quarteira and Vilamoura.

The lady gave me my room 5 hours early because I had a early flight which really helped me out an always it’s a pleasure to stay here

O staff era muito simpático e prestável. A localização do Hotel era excelente, a 10min de tudo — praias, restaurantes.
Ficámos surpreendidas com a piscina, muito simpática!
Pequeno-almoço muito fraco... o aspeto geral do Hotel poderia ser melhorado, como pinturas, entrada (tem uns tapetes podres que até acrescentam pior aspeto).
De manha, é recorrente ouvir as Senhoras da Limpeza a bater com portas e a fazer muito barulho, muito cedo. Acho que podiam ter mais cuidado.
Geral, o Hotel é simpático, mas caro para as condições que disponibilizam.
