Court séjour Grenoble Kyriad centre et vous serez conquis

Stationnement sécurisé, chambre fonctionnelle très confortable, Hôtel tout près du centre, proposition d'un service dinatoire très bien organisé, petit-déjeuner varié et copieux et personnel aux petits soins pour nous

Idéal pour une nuit

Proche de la rocade et donc accessible sans passer par le centre ville. Excellent buffet petit-déjeuner, chambre calme et très confortable. Bouilloire, thé, tisane, nescafé.

L'hôtel est mal signalé. L'écriteau n'est pas visible la nuit et l'accès à la contre-allée n'est pas évident ; si on rate l'entrée il faut aller tourner très loin. Notre lavabo était bouché

Si vous passez par Grenoble, n’hésitez pas un instant à descendre à l’hôtel Kyriad. Un accueil souriant, respectueux et personnalisé vous y sera réservé. Mon mari et moi, de passage pour 3 nuitées, avons beaucoup apprécié le sourire et la sollicitude de toute l’équipe. Nous octroyons un ++++ à S…, qui se reconnaitra et qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’une courtoisie sans borne. Mon mari a eu des soucis de santé pendant le séjour, il s’est empressé de nous indiquer pharmacie et médecin . Il a été très attentif à notre confort et à notre bien-être sur place. Les service de l’hôtel a été impeccable et le petit déjeuner copieux et varié nous a redonné les forces qui nous avaient un peu « lâchés ». Bravo à l’ensemble du personnel qui n’a pas failli à la devise que vous lisez en arrivant dans le hall « ici pas de phrases toutes faites mais un accueil souriant dès l’entrée ». Nous pouvons le certifier : cette devise n’est nullement surfaite ou commerciale ; elle est vraie et a été vérifiée par notre vécu ! Bonne continuation à toute l’équipe que nous saluons bien cordialement ! qu’elle prenne soin d’elle comme elle a pris soin de nous!

Good central location with helpful staff and secure parking.

A great location in Grenoble, with a secure gated car park for my motorcycle. Night attendant was very helpful in guiding me to local shop as a I arrived in the evening and just wanted to grab some supplies and turn in. Usual European buffet breakfast of a reasonable standard.

Not much against it. The area was central so a little noise occasionally but not bad at all. Room was a little dark but perfectly comfortable.

OK for a one night stay but...

More like a motel. The staff is making a great effort but a serious renovation is needed. Good breakfast and private parking.

Very small and dark room because it's only window was permanently closed, probably because its lock was broken. I don't think it should be available to guests while this problem exists.

This was a decent stay in an average hotel but very distant from the town.

Good staff. Room comfy. Parking secure.

“Centre” is misleading. It’s a 40 minute walk to the centre of Grenoble or a tram ride.

Good for a one night stop if just passing through.

Good value, good secure parking for my motorcycle

Breakfast wasn’t great, cold omelette and bacon, not much choice. Room a bit tired. Located in what appeared to be a less than loved student quarter.

Lousy everything!

the guy at the front reception when we checked in, he was very non complacent - don’t think he likes his job; no working hair dryer in room; no air conditioning - apparently broken down for a long time; no parking available; and by 8:15, no eggs, No sausages for breakfast and nobody cared to put more out. I have never rated a hotel this low! Everything I built my search criteria on to find a place, they fell short of. would never book this place again

Secure parking available. Quiet in room.

Paying for parking. Room was cold. Air Con/heating not working at all. appeared to be on purpose rather than a fault. was already undressed & showered before discovering so didn't mention at time....

Staff, breakfast and bar were nice

The car park layout and arrangements (could not pre-book a place) as had to leave items such as camping equipment in the car overnight. Our room was a bit shabby.

Good for one night.

The rooms had the essentials and were clean. Free parking in the same hotel and quiet area. Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly.

The carpet in the corridor and in the room. Broken door to the adjoining room. The rooms and hotel in general need updating and better maintenance.

Great bed! Quiet room. Ventilation lacking

Great bed! Good bathroom! Quiet! Dark when sleeping. Good location and very helpful reception. :)

Ventilation didn't work so I needed to open window to get fresh air. I had not asked for cleaning but was awaken from my sleep two mornings by cleaning staff. Please respect sleeping guests. VERY bright blue led light from TV was lighting up the whole room. I could not unplug the TV so in the end I covered the led with a plaster and some aluminum. Also, for your info. Right side lamp behind TV started blinking. Probably needs to be replaced. All in all. A comfortable stay.

Wrote them off my list! i should get a refund.

Due to flight complications, our group did not arrive for the first night of reservation, and when they arrived for the 2nd night - Kyriad had cancelled their reservation and charged us penalty!!!

Hotel in need of upgrade

There where ants in the room. Peeling paint around windows and door frames Black mould on silicone seal between bath and wall Breakfast room chairs was sticky and I didn't enjoy the breakfast

very nice hotel, good value

the staff is really nice and helpful. breakfast was great!

I miss room service ( make up the bed and empty trash) the cooling system wasn’t great, couldn’t get the right temperature in the room.

One night stay at the Kyriad.

This hotel has obviously undergone extensive renovation, from what was presumably a fairly dated hotel. In the most part, they've succeeded, save for some cosmetic details. However, the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was beyond comfortable and the hotel's quiet, yet central location, made this hotel good value for money. Ideal for a one or a two night stay in Grenoble.

Some cosmetic details, such as certain areas with old paintwork The corridors could do with a refurbisment.
