Adjacent to the Scottish Parliament and the Royal Palace of Holyrood (The Queens official Scottish residence) nestled between the Royal Mile and the Dynamic Earth, you are perfectly situated for enjoying some of Edinburgh's finest visitor destinations. It will suit the discerning guest who enjoys a peaceful yet central location, values privacy and requires a private allocated parking space. There is also a 24 hour concierge service and private gardens to sit and relax. Well-equipped kitchen (including oven, 5 burner gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer), 2 bedrooms (1 en-suite), separate full bathroom, open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, Free Wi-Fi access (unlimited downloads), plasma television, with Freeview and DVD player. All Linen and towels are provided. Central heating throughout. It has incredible views directly across to the dramatic skyline provided by the Salisbury Crags. It is opposite the very popular 'Dynamic Earth' visitor centre. If you require a taxi (cab) from Edinburgh Airport to the Apartment, the cost is £35 for up to 4 passengers from the airport pick up zone. If you wish a meet & greet inside the terminal, there is an additional £5 cost. The return journey from the apartment to the airport is also £35. This flat was a perfect location for Holyrood Park and the Royal Mile. We had an amazing time staying here as the beds were comfortable, the instructions for access were clear and accurate, and it was very clean. The owner was wonderful in communications to ensure we arrived safely. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Edinburgh. We were able to drop our bags early to go explore upon arrival. Close to royal mile and hiking trails. Communication was great - I had to ask about the washer and he walked me through it. Beds were comfortable. En suite shower was small but good hot water. Definitely recommend.

My spouse and I stayed here for 4 days. The flat is in a wonderful location, within blocks of Holyrood Palace and just off the Royal Mile. Great for walking almost anywhere and hop-on tour buses stop close by. The flat is ideal for up to four people. It is tastefully decorated, comfortable and has all the conveniences one could want.

We stayed here for 4 nights in April. The apartment itself is in a quiet area, very close to Arthurs' Seat, and a short 5 minute walk onto the Royal Mile. There is a Tesco a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4, providing your children are happy to share a room (when we arrived we found that contrary to the listing, there was only a double bed, rather than two singles) which was not good for our two teenagers. However, having contacted the owner, he arranged to bring a camp bed that evening, so no drama. The apartment was well furnished and warm. There's so much to do in Edinburgh, we'll definitely be back, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Had everything we needed. Spacious and spotless, and nicely decorated. Location was amazing, less than a block from great grocery store, hop on bus to tour the city, and Uber for everything else. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with our 2 adult sons for about 8 days. Loved the location. Just a 5-15 minute walk to all of our tour bus pickups. Great restaurants nearby and a grocery store just right down the street. Royal mile was just a 5 minute walk, and a fabulous hike right outside. Many attractions within walking distance. Owner was so friendly, responsive and easy to contact. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Also had a washer/dryer which was very convenient. Comfortable beds too. Would stay again if we come back. Thank you!

Checking in was a bit difficult. The concierge that was to give us the key and explain where to park was not wanting to help at all. Owner's instructions could have easily explained where to park and how it works. The apartment was in a great location--very close to Holyrood Palace. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice, clean apartment in a great location. It’s about a 10 min walk to the Royal Mile and about 15 min walk to the base of Arthur’s Seat. There were a couple of glitches with check in and Internet access, but Shahid worked hard to get them resolved as quickly as possible. Overall I definitely recommend.

A great and comfortable experience with everything you need to cook your meals. We were close to the hop on hop off bus stops and a short walk to the Royal Mile. Location was fabulous! I just wish there were instructions for the washer/dryer machine. Thanks for a great experience.

Our best recommendation is that we would certainly use the apartment again on any future visit. It was quiet, comfortable and close enough to allow walking to the railway, Holyrood, Princes St and Salisbury Crags. The bus stop outside the door was useful for longer trips. But check its timetable carefully - nothing Sunday and finished soon after 6pm other days. Shahid was very helpful and prompt throughout the whole booking and staying process.

This apartment was great for our stay. We were right next door to Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile was easy walking distance. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a market a block away, so stocking up on food was easy. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Can’t beat the location of this apartment. Restaurants, grocery store, attractions all close by and the hop-on-hop-off bus stops right there across the street. Comfortable place to stay, did have some hot water issues but am sure responsive owner will address.
