Alles Ok Frühstück war in Ordnung und kostenlose Parkplätze am Hotel

Würde ich gerne beurteilen kann es aber leider nicht. Gebucht nach 22 Uhr und keinen erreicht. Musste kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen und trotzdem wurde das Geld abgebucht ohne Rückerstattung. So einfach kann man sich sein Geld verdienen.

The staff were wonderful, especially Michael and Sara. The breakfast was great for a hotel buffet. The parking and location are convenient. The rooms are very nice. We'll be back.

The rooms are hard to cool down in the summer because there is no air conditioning and our refrigerator control was broken.

Hotel should definitely hire new cleaning staff! And install air conditioner, ventilator is rubbish!

Was a pizzeria /restaurant attached to the hotel where we had a meal which was awful, might be a bit unfair on the hotel as they might not own it but it's part of the building

The family room was quite a big one with a Kitchennette as well which we were not expecting as it helped with the morning tea and evening tea etc. The food was quite good on the breakfast menu and the staff at the restaurant were quite helpful!

The parking garage was a bit confusing at first and also some areas are not very well lit/clean (not expecting it to be sparkling shiny though) and also happy that there is parking available in the first place! The receptionist did not know much english and could not help much when i asked a few questions.
