It's a basic hotel with nice room. We only stayed there for 1 night on the way from Vienna to Budapest, and it served the purpose. Staff is nice and accommodating.
Mattresses are too firm, beds are not very comfortable.

Need more shelves , hangers in bathroom , shower rather basic and needs some shelf inside for soap shampoo etc . Also a grip rail as quite a step out of the shower , difficult for older people worried about slipping .

Location was excellent. Dinner was very good. Service was good. Very busy with customers.
The bed was uncomfortable. Very hard.

Restaurant charged 14% tips without consent
No basic things in room / Hairdryer/ no iron can be rented.
Cold in the room / was not good isolated despite using ac to heat.
