With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Peppermint Grove Beach only 25 minutes from Bunbury and 25 minutes to Busselton. A short 7 minute drive to Capel where there is an IGA Grocery shopping open 7 days a week, Capel Tavern, cafes and Capel Winery. The local Peppermint Grove Beach Caravan Park has a cafe and bar, small general store, ice and liquor store. Stay was lovely, gate at the top of the stairs was good for the little kids. Internet access was great as well as access to Netflix and Stan. Communication with owner was fast and easy, overall great stay 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Peppermint Grove Beach. The house big enough for 2 families with 5 children between us. The little kids loved being able to scoot the whole way around the house on the ground level and our bigger kids enjoyed relaxing in the hammock. Parents and kids had seperate living areas which was fantastic. Super effective baby gate at the top of the stairs and very safe for the kids to run around outside. There was only 1 way our very fast toddler could escape which was up the driveway so she was able to fun free most of the day. Balcony was a beautiful place to watch the sunset over the ocean. Thanks for having us!

The house has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were also greeted with a nice bottle of wine which is a very nice touch. The view from the balcony on the first floor is definitely a plus and is a very close walk to the beach. On the downside, the house needs a lot of maintenance and unfortunately was not clean. The walls are very scratched and dirty, the light on the first floor bedroom does not work, and the bathroom door handle is broken. The couch has a lot of stains, and the bathroom on ground floor was not clean on arrival.

Overall the property was accurately described and clean, except the oven was greasy and a burnt carousel dish and pizza dish was left in it. We could not use it. Lovely hospitality touches though and beautiful views.

The property has great amenities, all bedrooms have double beds which is rare and a wonderful surprise for 4 girlfriends trying to find a place that would accommodate that configuration. It is located a stones throw from the beach, great views from the balcony which we sat on everyday to enjoy breakfast and a wine at night. The house is equipped with everything you need. The only negative is the cleanliness. I don't believe the cleaners did a good job. The handrail on the stairs was sticky, fans were dirty and showers needed a good clean. However apart from that one negative we would definitely stay again :)

Fabulous position with ocean view from the large verandah. Short walk to the beach which is really great for families (a little hill on the way back to keep you fit ). Comfortable high beds. Handy with two lounge rooms (the boys could watch the cricket and the little ones could watch their movies). The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking and baking needs. We had a fabulous Hot Christmas.
