Zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede service en heerlijke keuken. Uitstekende ligging tov strand en de winkelstraten.

The staff were amazing, Flavio and some other (who I can't remember the name) were super helpful, friendly, and made sure to talk t me at meal times given I was on my own. They made me feel very welcome overall.
The corridors were a little noisy, luckily I had earplugs so could put them in when going to bed. So not a major issue for me. The sunshine in the hotel and shade made me feel like I was playing musical chairs to get in the sun in the afternoons! Luckily, the hotel pool was relatively quiet, but I would have been frustrated if it was busy and I'd had to spend hours in the shade unwillingly

Nice location close to the beach, lovely staff, pretty good breakfast with some hot options as well. Had no problem finding parking even on the street in early October because it had been quiet.
The facilities were outdated, especially the room. The room wouldn't exceed expectations even if it was a 2-star hotel, let alone a 4-star hotel. We were there in October and had no heat so we were really uncomfortable in the room.
