- Location is excellent.
- Premium rooms have comfortable beds, much better than the basic/economy rooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is great but they could add a safer entry point. Breakfast was very good.
Safe in room did not work, nor did it get fixed. Fridge in room did not work. Shower was not fixed to wall and bath was slippery. Tiny lift not sufficient for traffic and room cleaning crew. There was a film shoot in the restaurant with no information for visitors, yet the crew felt entitled to snap their fingers and shoo visitors away as they entered or left hotel. Very rude!
