Chambre de qualité avec un personnel agréable

Petit déjeuner avec un bon assortiment, mais obligé de faire la queue pour couper son pain. Manque du pain de mie en tranche et oeufs brouillés un peu froid. WC peu confortable, trop près du mur.

Evening menu didn’t change so had to find somewhere nearby to eat as do not want to eat same menu for more than two nights Bar closed 10pm - nowhere to sit and chat with friends. Outside bar area poor and unkept

The staff were amazing very welcoming. Restaurant manager and receptionist staff both a credit to the hotel.

The room could benefit from an update. Spa facilities; this again could benefit from a refurb The breakfast was very poor; unfortunately with flies landing on the uncovered items which was off putting. Not the usual standard of a Best Western plus hotel

The spa facilities are great, we also really enjoyed the breakfast with a view on the golf.

The room looked like it's from the 90's- On top of that there's no A/C which is a must have when it's 30 degrees outside.
