The staff were exceptional. We were well
Looked after, everyone was super kind & helpful.
The doors & walls are very thin, you can hear everything. The room was very hot, and if you opened the window you could hear everything downstairs, and the cleaners in the morning made a lot of noise, you could hear toilets being flushed in neighboring rooms, doors slammed, water run. Maybe the hotel could invest In a fan and doorways that can be framed with some sort of felt so they don’t make such a loud noise when being shut

It made our stay very comfortable and welcoming.

Hotel is in a great location & it has private secure parking at the rear of the hotel - really good value for money.
The bar wasn’t open & wouldn’t open as lack of staff & there is no AC in the rooms - it was 38• & didn’t drop below 29• in the evening so the rooms were like ovens…at one point I nearly had enough & went to sleep in the reception which is the the only place in the building with AC!!
