Nice quiet area but close to the city centre, comfy bed and good shower.
At one point the lock to my room got jammed and I spent about five minutes tying to force it open.

Location was good only10mins from city centre. Bed comfortable, good shower clean and spacious room.
Were told on arrival that breakfast was not provided although when we made the booking it was. We received a £20 refund.
If we had known we would have cancelled and booked another guest house that did provide breakfast.
Our room was just inside the entrance, every time someone arrived some sort of alarm went off twice, very noisy and meant we didn't get any sleep until the early hours on our first night
