This is right across the street from the Gare du Nord. We took a late Eurostar train from London, and the hosts were ready and able to help us all get set up despite the late hour.
The elevator is tiny and the stairs are steep. That said, at least there was an elevator, and the staff was very patient to help us all get up and down with the single person elevator.
