Such a cute small hotel and the staff is so nice. We left another place we had booked off booking.com before even spending the night. We found stains on the bed and alive moving bugs on the mattress. We left that place to come to Austin’s’s hotel. We were so relieved it’s a very clean small hotel. The staff is there 24 hours. They are so so nice. The location is amazing. It’s a great price. Overall great stay.
The room was a little small. When you have 2 suitcases open on the ground almost impossible to get around so it was a hassle having to close and open them but other than that we loved this place.

Clean bed sheets. Proximity to the metro stations.
Unpleasant smell of the hotel and the room. Poor sound insulation between the rooms. Small room, small hallway, small elevator.
