The reception/ bar closure between 4-6.30 was both unusual and quite inconvenient for check in and drinks by the pool.

Pulizie giornaliere e cambio asciugamani ottimi.
Lo staff ha sicuramente da lavorare sull’empatia verso il cliente. Al check out, non ricordandosi che avevamo già pagato ( ebbene sì, tutto è gestito tramite un block notes) ci volevano far ripagare due notti su tre. Disguido durato un minuto o meno, ma molto molto antipatico. La camera 12, dove eravamo noi era vecchia, molto vecchia, la porta ( che non era proprio una porta ma uno scure, aveva evidenti problemi di chiusura e sinceramente non era neanche sicura. Guardando le altre erano diverse, più nuove e sicure. La sensazione è che ci sia stata data una camera più vecchia in quanto abbiamo acquistato una mega offerta qui su Booking. Il giardino è tutto disordinato, così come la
Zona reception dove è appoggiato di tutto a l’esterno.
Il posto non lo sconsigliamo totalmente ma se trovate altrove è meglio.
