Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The hotel itself offers plenty of services and my stay was very comfortable. Hotel is clean and it is located in a quiet location. I never encountered any issues and there's no noise at nights and you can sleep in comfort. Just across the street is a nice brewery "Soul Brewery Company" that offers amazing foods and drinks. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The property's location was very good. Right behind Raj Mandir cinema hall, and near the bazaar etc. The breakfast food was very good, but the management of the food was not that great. There were Puri's but Subzi was late, there were bhature, but Chole was not there, or taking time. Serving was taking time and the orders were generally getting ignored. However, food quality and taste was good.
The property management was ignorant to the concerns, especially when I was stuck in the lift for 10+ mins, it least bothered to them if I got out or how I got out. When I raised the matter to them as to what if a young kid got stuck in the lift, they were not willing to understand. The swimming pool was a junkyard, with cables hanging over it and the water was filled with pigeon feathers and shit. They should not sell the swimming pool aspect to guests. Just sell the room. On my insistence, I was told I can go to another property 2km away for getting my kids for swimming. Why on earth would I take a vacation, and book a stay in a hotel that has a pool, and then go to another property 2 km away for getting the kids to take a dip. This made the kid's birthday party all go for a toss, and upset the little one.
