The service at this hotel is exceptional! The owner is wonderfully charming, and the entire staff is warm and welcoming. Perched on a high viewpoint, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the lake.
The food is delicious—both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations for a European hotel. Opting for the half-board deal (breakfast and dinner) is an excellent, hassle-free choice, especially given that the town is small with limited evening dining and entertainment options.
The rooms are simple and standard without extra luxuries. Keep in mind there is no air conditioning for the summer, though radiators are available for winter heating. The bathrooms are on the smaller side.
Overall, a lovely, high-value place with genuine hospitality. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace, quiet, and beautiful views!

הארוחות (בוקר וערב) טעימות מאוד ומעבר למקובל באירופה. דיל חצי הפנסיון הוא פתרון נוח ומומלץ מאוד, בפרט מכיוון שמדובר בעיירה קטנה ללא היצע רב של מסעדות או מקומות בילוי בערב.
החדרים בסיסיים וסטנדרטיים, ללא פינוקים מיוחדים. כדאי לקחת בחשבון שאין מזגן בקיץ (יש רדיאטורים לחימום בחורף), וחדרי הרחצה מעט קטנים.
בשורה התחתונה: מקום נעים עם יחס חם ותמורה מעולה למחיר. מומלץ בחום למי שמחפש שקט ונוף משגע!

Staff not very helpful and unfriendly.
They gave stupid answers when they couldn't give us a Trentino card. They told us only expensive hotels can do that, but that is not the case.
