Локацията на хотел Хемус е перфектна, съвсем в центъра на града и на площада, всичко интересно е на една ръка разстояние. Стаята ни беше голяма с прекрасен изглед и всичко необходимо, персоналът - любезен и услужлив. Ползвахме подземен охраняем паркинг в същата сграда. Ако посещаваме отново града, отново бихме отседнали в хотел Хемус.

We really enjoyed staying here, the rooms were large with plenty of space. The wifi was good and the showers were warm with good pressure.
It was easy to walk to restaurants and bars, and the views were exceptional. Absolutely brilliant place to stay.
The beds were slightly hard, and the car park did not have elevator access to the hotel so we had to walk the bags up the stairs.

I lijed the location
The bathroom - toilet seat is almost under the shower. After taking a shower everything is wet. The SPA was not working . I understand it can happen, but there was no information about this during booking process. I woukd have chosen diferent hotel.

Стаята беше просторна, чиста и комфортна. Леглото беше удобно. Локацията на хотела е страхотна.
Основният ни проблем беше дезинформацията от рецепцията. При настаняването попитахме както за паркинга, така и за басейна. Беше ни казано, че като гости на хотела можем спокойно да ги ползваме, но не беше споменато, че и двете услуги се заплащат допълнително. Самото заплащане не е проблем – проблемът е, че не получихме тази информация, въпреки че изрично попитахме. По-късно друг служител на рецепцията ни обясни всичко коректно.
