Amazing view from the room and the pool. The pool was clean and didn’t smell like chlorine.
The neighbour able to walk in front of our room in the morning and in the evening. There were small ants in the room by the fridge.

Beautiful stay with an incredible Caldera view. The rooms are spacious, the staff was very lovely and helpful. The property is located just outside of Fira, which means it is quiet and free of tourists, but you can easily catch a bus into town or walk around 30min. The pool was incredible.

I loved the views, they are absolutely amazing. Also the room was nice, large, comfortable bed, nice balcony with an exceptional view. The pool is also nice.
I choose this hotel because I wanted to be able to relax on my birthday but couldn't. They do not have good blackouts and don't have a do not disturb sign, they woke me up because they wanted to make the room, when I said no because I was trying to rest, they insisted. There was also a misunderstanding with the breakfast, and they brought it a lot earlier than I had asked for, plus it was too expensive for what it was, I do not recommend ordering it. For the price I paid I expected better service and more toiletries (do not even give you lotion). When you take a shower the floor gets all wet, but that is an issue in Greece, almost all the places I stayed in had this problem. Also, if you do not have a car, is not well located, you have to walk about half hour to get to Fira's center (which in July's heat is awful), and there isn't much around it. There is a supermarket about 10 minutes away (walking), and a coffee place with good breakfast about 7 minutes away. You can get the bus from Fira to get there (the one that goes to Akrotiri), but it is not that often, and to get it back to Fira is not that easy. I think if you do not have a car is better to stay at Fira.
