I loved my stay at Hotel BB Palace the property is very well maintained; the room was comfortable and nicely designed, with a comfortable mattress and excellent Wi-Fi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the free cable TV was a great plus that made the stay even better.
The only thing I felt could be improved was the check-in process, as it took a little longer than expected. Apart from that, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

all the staff members were good, the front office desk Pankaj Pathak has been a good support. location is good. specious room.
although my package included breakfast but no breakfast was provided.
room needed better cleanliness and proper hygene.
kitchen was closed so I had to order from outside, but the staff was not allowing delivery person to deliver the order to the room, I had to go-down to collect my parcel, such a reluctant behaveour!
