The location is outstanding - you're less than 5 minutes from the beachfront, and right on a busy place with multiple restaurants. The rooms were a good size (outstanding size by French standards, which tends to be cramped), and the bathrooms were large.
The main lift was broken while were there. It's the one thing that pulled down slightly. There is a second lift, but it required going up a floor and through several corridors to get to.
Other than that, it was fairly expensive for rooms without views, though mitigated by the outstanding location.

We booked a room for 4. When we arrived the 2nd bed was not ready and we had to figure out ourselves how to make it. Also there were towels o my for 2 persons. When calling to reception, she didn’t want to bring it saying I have to go down myself to pick it up. The room itself is ok, big enough and clean. There is a hairdryer and shower gel. The breakfast was rather poor of choice as well as quality. The location is great, next to the beach, restaurants etc. there is a parking just next to the hotel.
