1000% satisfaction staying here. Facilities are good, AC is so powerful, rooms are comfortable, clean and everything is convenient, WC is so cool and staffs are friendly, professional. In both cafe and resort, every corner is decorated with impeccable taste, I can feel the owner put their heart in soul into everywhere in this place. The vibe here is a mix btw Asia & Western culture but so balance, interesting, cozy and aesthetic. My parents really love this place and will come back, they are Vietnamese and cannot understand the lyrics in live music, but they really enjoy it.
One thing to recommend, if possible you can decor more warm lights at the back yard (in front of the beach). Some people enjoy sitting there at night to enjoy night view in peaceful atmosphere, but it's pretty dark now.

Sorry not a lot. The room was clean but that was about it. The music (band only) was very good on the Friday night.
Not sure how to answer this as the resort was old and very run down, needs a lot of maintenance. The room was clean enough but the pool was really dirty, steps were slimy and you couldn't even see the bottom of the pool as water was extremely unclean and don't think it had been vacuumed or chlorinated at all. There was no breakfast offered and for Vietnamese standards the room and alcohol were expensive.
