The room was huge and spacious. Beds were comfortable and clean and warm. There was a bidet which was very helpful! Extra towels and toilet roll were given on request without any issues.
The hot water was an issue for me, no hot water in the early morning or late evening. No kettle or kitchen on site so had to go out to buy breakfast.

The softer beds I had in Essaouira...and was really unexpected since I stayed in higher class riads before.
Location amazing and I loved being waked up by the call for prayer, mosque being close by...and the view over the main piazza with live music and kids playing
The water takes around 10 min to get hot..not very practical and bathroom facilities need a bit of love

Very Nice location, next to the medina and the beach,
The hotel is old fashoned looking, very beatiful but need some updates
Very old toilets long time waiting for hot water to reach and it wasn't so warm
