Lovely villa in Avola - great location for exploring Noto, Syracuse and some great local beaches. The villa is incredible well equipped and the outside area and pool were just fabulous. The owner, Corrado, was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Kleine oase
18 dagen lang hebben wij ons in een kleine oase bevonden. Corado is zeer gastvrij en erg begaan met zijn gasten. Het huisje is erg netjes en het zwembad is ook spik en span. In overleg kwam Corado om de 3 dagen het zwembad schoonmaken en nam hij al het vuilnis mee. Als we een vraag hadden reageerde direct. Wij komen zeker terug en vonden het ontzettend jammer dat wij weer naar huis moesten. Dankjewel Corado en tot volgend jaar !!!!

Hervorragendes Quartier
Ein sehr schönes Haus mitten im Zitronenhain mit eigenem Grundstück und privatem Pool. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuverlässig und kümmert sich während des Aufenthaltes rührend. Man kann von dort aus sehr gut die Städte Siracus, Ragusa und Noto erkunden. Die Strände sind hervorragend. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit auf Sizilien im Haus in Avola. Internet ist jetzt vorhanden.

Lovely tranquil getaway
A comfortable, private place to get away from the 21st Century rush (but with good internet connection and close to amenities.
The beaches were great and we enjoyed the sights, tastes and weather of Sicily.

Ho passato una splendida settimana in questa casa vacanza, con piscina molto grande e giardino ben curato.
Casa consigliata a chi preferisce stare lontano dal caos cittadino.
il posto è molto silenzioso e tranquillo.
Ho trascorso la mia vacanza con la mia compagna e i nostri due cagnolini anche loro sembrano aver apprezzato vista la grande quantità di terreno a loro disposizione dove potevano correre liberamente senza pericolo che scappassero per via della recinzione in tutto il perimetro.
Il sign. Corrado è stato molto gentile, esaustivo e mai invadente . Tornerò sicuramente l’anno prossimo!

Vacanza in pieno relax
Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana in famiglia ad agosto a casa del Signor Corrado. La villa è immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità della campagna tra Avola e Noto motivo per il quale abbiamo potuto godere a pieno di tutti i servizi offerti in particolare della piscina sul retro e della veranda esterna spaziosa. Il Signor Corrado è stato veramente disponibile e attento a tutte le nostre esigenze. Posto consigliatissimo per una vacanza rigenerante.

Jolie villa avec piscine
Maion très agréable avec une jolie terrasse, jardin et piscine très bien entretenue. Fort heureusement, le propriétaire est venu nous chercher dans un endroit convenu a l avance sinon la propriété serait difficile a trouver. Un seul bémol , la présence de moustiques assez voraces, mais heureusement les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires.

Hele fijne vakantie plek, aanrader voor kleine kinderen!
We werden gastvrij onthaald door Corrado, met handen en voeten begrepen we elkaar, omdat ons Italiaans minimaal is. Hij liet altijd direct iets van zich horen wanneer we een vraag hadden en was prettig in de omgang.
De kinderen en wij vonden het een fantastische plek; de ruimte om het huis, nette tuin met prachtige limoenbomen, zwembad en alle benodigdheden die je je nodig hebt op vakantie om een fijne ontspannen tijd te hebben! (Behalve een snijplank;-)
De weg die aan het erf grenst is druk, maar omdat het huis een stuk naar achter ligt en is omringd door groen, merkten we hier weinig van.
Avola zelf vonden we niet zo'n mooie stad, maar het is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om naar de prachtige omliggende plaatsen te gaan zoals: Syracuse, Lido Di Noto, Noto en Modica.
De stranden in de buurt van het huis (je hebt wel echt een auto nodig!) zijn dichtbij en het natuurgebied is een mooie plek om te bezoeken.
Als je op zoek bent naar fijne accommodatie als uitvalsbasis rondom Avola, is deze vakantie woning écht een aanrader! Ook voor gezinnen met kinderen heel goed te doen!

+ Sehr schöne, saubere, gut erhaltene Anlage mit Pool
- aber kein Internet, sehr kleines uraltes Fernsehergerät, schwache elektrische Instalation - ständige Stromausfall bei der Nutzung des Ofens, gefährliche Einfahrt von der Strasse, teilweise laute Umgebung, keine Muhlbeutel , Ehrsatz Gasflasche und Klopapier. Corrado (Leiter, Besitzer ?) nicht ganz kooperativ

TUTTO PERFETTO!
Dopo due settimane trascorse in questa stupenda villa, mi sento di consigliarla a chiunque voglia trascorrere la propria vacanza in pieno relax; è una casa confortevole, lontano dal frastuono, tenuta molto bene, con tutto ciò che occorre per la vita quotidiana, con un giardino curato e la piscina -sfogo immancabile di ragazzi e adulti; per non dimenticare il proprietario Corrado gentile, disponibile e mai invadente.

Corrado nous a très très bien accueillis. Nous avons pu visiter Noto, lido di Noto, Syracuse, la réserve naturelle de Vendicari, Palazzolo acreide... La maison est très bien située au calme. Nous avons apprécié la piscine. On vous recommande cette maison. Merci Corrado.

Nice house for vacation
We rented the house for 2 couples with our children. The house and location were up to our expectations. The value for money is good. The property is nice with no direct neighbours. Corrado, the owner is very nice and helpful, he tries to advise as much as he can. The garden and house are well maintained. Barbecue and pizza oven are available. 20 minutes walk from a nice beach "Lido do Solleone". It was a very good and practical base to get to discover the South East region of Sicily. Also, Avola has supermarkets and lots of nice restaurants. We really enjoyed our 10 days there, and would definitely come back.

Prima lokatie
Wij hebben hier een week verbleven. Werden netjes ontvangen door de eigenaar, hij spreekt alleen Itaiaans, maar dat geldt voor bijna iedereen. Wij kregen zelfs van een visboer te horen, je bent in Italië dus spreek je Italiaans. Zit wel wat in, beetje simpele woordjes zijn zo geleerd. Huisje is prima, lekker zwembad. BBQ. Rondom staan citroenbomen, prima te gebruiken om bij de vis te doen op de BBQ. Heel wat mooie stranden in de buurt. En voor de restaurants gewoon even zoeken op tripadviser. En wat je zeker moet doen is een bezoek aan cava grande.

Sowohl architektonisch wie auch funktionell sehr ansprechende Anlage ohne "direkte Nachbarn"! Durch zwei Tore gesichert. Für Pkws gute Park- und Wende-Möglichkeit. Große, moderne Küche, ideal als gemeinsamer Aufenthaltsraum mit TV etc. Die drei Zimmer bezüglich Größe klassisch "familiengerecht". Nebenräume mit "allem was man braucht". Freundlicher Vermieter lots vom gut erkennbaren Treffpunkt zum (nicht ganz leicht zu findenden) Ziel.

Très bon séjour, nous recommandons !
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Corrado qui nous a montré toute la maison. Le lieu est parfait, situé entre Avola et les plus belles plages. C'est un endroit idéal pour de bonnes vacances en famille. La propriété est très belle, au milieu de citronniers. Attention néanmoins aux moustiques qui nous ont beaucoup (trop) apprécié... La villa est très propre et conforme aux photos. La piscine très bien entretenue. Le seul petit point à améliorer serait peut être l équipement car il est parfois un peu usé et il manquerait un micro ondes, bien pratique pour les boissons chaudes du matin et le réchauffage des plats. Sinon, tout est parfait, nous recommandons fortement cette location 🤗!

Era tutto ottimo !!
La locazione é molto pulita. Una grande terrazza, un ottimo giardino, una bella piscina... Ideale per i bambini e i piu grandi. Abbiamo amato molto il nostro soggiorno. Di piu, ci sono molte cose a vedere nei pressi: belle spiagge e cale, cave, bellissima citta (Ragusa, Noto, Siracusa...). E per finire Corrado e Luisa sono molto gentili e ci hanno dato buoni consigli sulle cose a vedere nei pressi. Sono francese e raccomandero, senza esitare, questo locazione a i miei amici che vorranno visitare Sicilia.

Jolie maison, dans un jardin clos et bien entretenu, entourée de citronnier.
La piscine est un plus et très agréable, bien entretenue par Corrado qui passe durant le séjour pour tondre la pelouse et nettoyer la piscine.
Endroit idéal pour passer des vacances reposantes.

Nice house between Avola and Noto
We stayed there for 12 days and we enjoyed it. Corrade was very helpful. The house is nice and clean and it has everything you need for a fine vacation. The house is located in a well-kept garden sourounded by lemon trees. We also enjoyed the clean pool. Thanks Corrade!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in idyllischer Lage
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist einfach traumhaft. Besonders schön ist der große Außenbereich - sehr gepflegt und ideal zum Entspannen. Die Vermieter sind überaus hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und können das Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

A lovely clean home in a Lemon Orchard with a big pool and great views from the rooftop terrace.
5 of us ( two couples and 1 child) stayed here comfortably in 3 bedrooms. The Villa and gardens are all well kept and secluded in a lemon orchard. Corrado was very welcoming and quick to respond when we had a problem (of our own doing!) he bought us cake and gave us lemons to take home, nice touches. You need a car to get around but there are so many things to do locally that we are already planning our next trip to see the things we didn’t explore fully. The towns such as Noto and Syracuse are beautiful and the nature reserves of Vendicari and Cavagrande are outstanding not to mention the stunning coastline. The Villa is so well laid out though that we spent a couple of days at home on the loungers and in the pool, having a barbecue and eating on the terrace in the evening. There were mosquitoes at sunset but a quick spray around the terrace before the sun dipped and they stayed away. We could not have found a nicer, friendlier place to stay and a great base to explore the area. We will be back.

We had a very nice holiday week in this beautifull clean house with a big swimming pool. The location is great, private and close to great towns and beaches (by car). Very nice and friendly owners.
