Wir haben 1 Woche im Hotel Dolomitenblick verbracht und ursprünglich nur das Frühstück gebucht, dann aber jeden Tag auch das 4-Gänge Abendessen dazu genommen, da es so hervorragend war. Familie Lehner und das gesamte Personal kümmern sich rührend um die Gäste, so dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Das Zimmer war top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind super! Wir kommen definitiv wieder - vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung!

The hotel is good for the quick stay, it was overall clean, the breakfast was nice.
The staff were very unfriendly, and I felt like I was intruding on someone’s private property rather than being welcomed as a guest.
At check-out, nobody was present at reception. We waited for a few minutes and then left, assuming that any outstanding charges could be processed through the credit card linked to our Booking.com reservation. Shortly after, I received a very unpleasant message saying that we had “LEFT WITHOUT PAYING” and that if we did not return immediately, they would call the police and file a report.
The issue turned out to be an unpaid city tax, which we had not been informed about at check-in, plus two salads — a total of €18. We resolved the matter by providing our card details directly to the hotel, without needing to make a detour back.
However, I believe this situation could have been handled much more professionally and politely. A simple message asking us to provide card details would have been enough. Instead, we were threatened with the police over €18, which I found completely unnecessary and shocking.
I would not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The overall experience was unwelcoming and unpleasant.
