Sehr freundliches Personal, feines Essen, schöner Spa-Bereich.
Betten waren für mich zu hart und Kissen zu unbequem.
Wasser im Pool auf dem Dach dürfte etwas wärmer sein.

Our summer vacay here was absolutely wonderful, and we left with the feeling that we were truly taken care of from the first day until the end. 😇
A big thank you especially goes to Eda from the restaurant because of his kindness, care, and especially his great sense of humor made our stay even more special. Eda always managed to make us smile and also gave us wonderful tips for trips and places to visit, so thank you so much for your great recommendations! 🤩
We would also like to thank the hotel manager for her kindness. On the evening of our arrival, when the kitchen was already closed, she kindly prepared a delicious cold plate for us and brought it to our room, so we did not go to bed hungry.
This thoughtful gesture made us feel very welcome from the very beginning.🫶🏻
And the breakfasts were excellent. I’m not surprised that the sunny-side up eggs disappeared the fastest, because they were really delicious! 😋🤌🏻
Also the dinners were absolut wunderbar!
Every morning we chose from the prepared menu, and every evening we looked forward to another great dining experience.🤩
Serfaus is a beautiful place in summer and also in winter. Perfect for couples as well as families with children. The amazing views, beautiful nature, Family-friendly theme parks and wonderful atmosphere make this place truly special.

The only small disappointment was that we could not use the wellness area on the day of our departure. The weather was foggy, which was actually perfect for relaxing in the wellness area.
We would also appreciate longer wellness opening hours, for example until 9:00–9:30 pm, so guests could enjoy the wellness area after dinner, and also the possibility to use it in the morning until around 11:30 am on the departure day.
It would be a wonderful way to finish such a beautiful stay. 😇

Très bon emplacement, ainsi qu’un personnel très agréable.
L’accueil du patron, dès notre arrivée, était à ce point désagréable , que nous avions envie de chercher un autre hébergement, malheureusement nous avions réservé et payé via booking, donc impossible d’annuler…
