Villa Niki was amazing from start to finish. From being greeted like an old friend upon arrival to all the morning breakfast treats and finally to the sad farewell. A slice of paradise in its own world. Loutro itself is very much worth staying overnight in if you can. Surprisingly the restaurant scene is quite lively in the evenings. Everyone is super friendly. One of the best stays I have ever had!

The hosts Andreas and Dora were very friendly. The breakfast options were home cooked and very well priced in a delightful courtyard. The location was away from the noise of the harbour. The bed was extra large and very comfortable. The rubbish was collected daily. The room was well sized with a sea view from the balcony. There were walks to Sweetwater Beach and Marmara Beach easily accessible. There are many ferry options for other trips from Loutro.
Some guests can be noisy late at night. This is hard to predict or control.

nice view of the bay, if there were not so many roofs in front of our balcony
out dated facility. major upgrade needed in order to get a better rating from us. in no way does it match the booking rating. Way over rated
