Didn't have breakfast, but eating area look very clean and tidy. Car parking limited on site but quiet street parking, not sure what it would be like in the week. Outside areas tidy and litter free, including surrounding areas, had to walk my dog, good street lighting, close and easy access on foot to restaurants and Lidls. Would stay there again.

Clean place, relatively quiet and the parking is free.
Despite the fact that I tried to speak french with the woman from reception looked upset when she found out that I am foreigner, a little bit racist.
