La posizione é davvero ottima. A 10 minuti a piedi si é a Ortigia. Comunque pulito e dotato del necessario.
Da rivedere completamente la colazione, essendo tutto confezionato.
Luce dallo specchio in bagno fulminata, asciugacapelli vecchio e purtroppo il nostro letto era scomodo.

Ruime kamer, goed te koelen. Hele grote badkamer. Op loopafstand van het centrum en een prima vriendelijke ontvangst.
Het ontbijt mag geen naam hebben. Veel verpakte spullen. Wat rommelige keuken. Maar gezien de prijs kun je daar wellicht ook niet teveel van verwachten.

Big room with a huge private bathroom; good working aircondition which is extremely important being in Siciliy end of August; easy self check-in; simple breakfast included in the price; good location if you're travelling by car, empty street on the opposite of the building where you can easly and safe park your car what sometimes can be very tricky in Italy; 20 minute walk from the old town; good value for money.
Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room (signal is too weak). It worked only in bathroom; extremely noisy street in room number 3. First night it was hard to fall asleep because cars and motorbikes drive all night.

Nunzio ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und von Schlüsselannahme bis Bezahlung und Checkout lief alles sauber ab. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut, man kommt zu Fuss innert 15min in die Altstadt Ortigia.
Das Frühstück ist etwas minimalistisch, es gibt kein normales Brot, keine salzigen Beläge, es ist eher auf süss ausgerichtet (Zwieback, Kekse, Muffins und Joghurt). Da man aber den Kühlschrank in der Küche mitbenutzen darf geht es klar. Einige Sachen müssten wiedermal gereinigt werden, wie die Spiegel z.B. Die Klimaanlage in Zimmer 1 ist sehr laut, hört sich an wie ein stürmischer Regen. Achtung man kann nur Bar bezahlen, das wird einem aber mitgeteilt und er hat uns einen Automaten empfohlen.
