Luxury Villa Small Paradise is situated in the very center of town Stanici, just 5 km from the historic town of Omiš. In front of the Villa there are beautiful, large swimming pool of 35 square meters with hydrolysis system, a Jacuzzi for 6 people and on the ground floor there is a sauna for 4 people and the fitness room. Villa can accommodate 8+2 people. Luxury Villa Small paradise has 400 square meters and is located in the area of 1000 square meters. On the ground floor, you can relax in the sauna, meditation room or fitness room. On the ground floor, there is also a game room where you can enjoy at the bar, football table, and SAT-smart TV.Connected with the stone staircase on the first floor there is the fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy preparing different specialties or relax drinking glass of wine at the bar. On the first floor, you will find a dining area with dining table, living room with SAT- smart TV and the guest toilet. On the second floor, there are 4 bedrooms with carefully chosen furniture and each bedroom has en- suite bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with SAT-smart TVs, and have a private terrace where you can enjoy drinking your first-morning coffee with a breathtaking view of the clear and crystal blue sea and nearby islands. In the garage of this luxury Villa, there is motorcycle Honda Chopper ( at an extra cost ) and Mercedes cabrio which are at disposal of the Villa`s guests if they want to explore nearby beaches and the beautiful Croatian coast. In the garage, there are free 2 electric bikes at disposal, also.Stanici is surrounded with amazing pebble beaches where you can enjoy summer joys and crystal clear sea, which are popular swimming locations for children. But if you want to explore summernightlife, and rich cultural events and feel good by the music of klapa ( a capella singing ), you have chosen the one. Also, you can visit Split, the capital city of Dalmatia region and the Diocletian palace under the UNESCO protection, the unique palace famous in the world for its cultural heritage. IN UNESCO`s Split there are so many things you can experience.Our suggestion is to visit Cathedral of st. We had a really great stay at Villa Small Paradise. It started with excellent communication with Chris from the agency when we made the booking. He organised us a transfer at the airport which took us to the house. During the stay he provided useful information about things to do, he took care about every question we had promptly and was really helpful and hospitable. When we left the airport transfer returned as again to the airport. Everything about the experience was first class. The house is brand new, modern and has every facility you need including a great pool. It was really relaxing to stay at the property since it is private and peaceful yet central. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is great for exploring the area. Our concierge arranged several day trips for us. The highlight was a day trip to Dubrovnik and oyster tasting along the way that was perfectly timed with our itinerary. We also took a couple of service from lovely hosts. We went rafting down the Cetina River!

Great villa and amazing communication with Darijo and his team. The villa is located close to Omis town, between Makarska and Split. I found this area very beautiful, many beautiful beaches with crystal clear water, good restaurants and many options for activities such as white water rafting, biking, hiking, windsurfing, etc. We went on a private boat excursion to Hvar island, although we were worried about the possible bad weather it turned out to be a great day and we spent an amazing time!

The villa Small Paradise was truly a paradise for me and my family from the first moment we arrived. It has everything the holiday villa should have and much more. The cherry on a top was our host whos was always available and ready to help. She even provided us two baby cots, one in the living room and another in the bedroom so we didn't need to bother to move it around.

Wir machen jedes Jahr Urlaub in Omis Riviera und die Villa Small Paradise ist die bisher beste! Es hat alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub brauchen. Die Villa ist sehr modern eingerichtet und das Hausmädchen kommt jeden Tag, um das Haus aufzuräumen und die Handtücher zu wechseln. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, sehr ruhig und in der Nähe von schönen Stränden. Wir empfehlen diese Villa gerne!

Lovely, new and modern house with all you can possibly need. The host is super helpful with all questions. Location is nice and peaceful and still very close to many different places and activities. Supermarket is nearby. Staying in this house, you will definitely need a car. I can recommend this to everyone and hope to be back myself!

The air here is clean and fresh, the sea is blue and clear, beaches are clean and calm. Most importantly, the people here are friendly and hospitable. The villa has an amazing position with overviewing the sea and nearby islands. The path to the villa is very steep but it is worth the view!

We had a wonderful week at Villa Small paradise. We were 5 adults and 3 children. It""s a brand new villa with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can stay all day long resting near the pool or you can go to the beach which is 7 min away from the villa by car. By the way, if you stay at the Villa, The car you will need for sure. Kristina is a very nice and attentive host who does her best to make you feel comfortable every minute of your stay.

We had an amazing holiday in the villa Small Paradise. It was peaceful, views are spectacular and the villa is equipped to the highest standards. The last part of the road traveling up to the villa does take some mastering, but it is worth it. We were daily pampered by our housemaid Sanja who keeps the villa immaculately clean! All in all 5/5

This Villa is as stunning as it appears in the photos. The design of the house compliments it's location and we spent most of our time by the pool. The view is stunning and the house is big and accommodated our group of 8 very easily. You do however need a car as it is not close to shops and beaches. We did go down to the beach once but the climb up was difficult for some in our group. The next time we went by car.
