Wendy House is a delightful house in the heart of Eastbourne within a Courtyard setting. The cottage offers characterful accommodation for up to 4 people all within walking distance of the many delights of Eastbourne. We offer all the expected comforts that will make your stay pleasurable at an affordable price. The railway station is a 2 minute walk away so arrival on foot or bicycle couldn't be easier whilst also offering the opportunity for great days out. Alternatively bring your car and tour the delightful South Downs National Park including Beachy Head, Seven Sisters, the Cuckmere Valley and quaint villages scattered across the East Sussex countryside. The location of the delightful Wendy House is the main attraction giving a central base to explore on foot or have days out by train of car.

Loved this little cottage. The location is perfect for being close to town and the railway station. The cottage has everything you need, ideal for longer stays to live comfortably. Tim was a great communicator.
