Perfect place, near supermarket, with pools on the roof, private parking places under building and around building. Very good equipped apartment, friendly reception, I recommend.

1. Ants in the kitchen.
2. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. You can only sleep on it for one night max.

Apartment nicely decorated, very clean, located on the first floor in the shade. Hotel staff very nice and helpful. Location very good. Very close to the beach and supermarket. Peace and quiet. A surprise for us was the possibility of parking the car in the underground garage.We will remember our stay at Le Residenze di Santa Costanza - Le Dimore with great pleasure. It was our first stay in Italy. Everything was at a very good level! Thank you.

Good location, few minutes walking from a big grocery store. About 10 minutes walking from the beach.
Decent availability of pans and pots.
Good sized balcony with table and 2 chairs.
Free parking onsite although there were not many spots available.
The apartment had not been cleaned appropriately, and certainly not at the standards they pride themselves of.
There were pubic hairs and hair in the bathroom, hair and sand on the bedroom floor. I complained the first time and they allegedly sent someone to clean as we were out doing grocery shopping. When we returned, the floor was still dirty and in 2 minutes we scooped up lots of hair and sand.
I had to complain again and they sent a very unpleasant and petulant cleaner who tried to make me look like an idiot. Thank goodness I took pictures! She then started to violently push the vacuum cleaner against furniture and walls with a very annoyed attitude.
She said that "it's normal to find a bit of dust". We hadn't been to the beach as yet and there was sand, not dust.
Eventually she confirmed that the floor had not been vacuum cleaned as they did not have a vacuum cleaner available.
It was simply unacceptable to pay so much for a place I basically had to clean myself. They requested payment in advance and obviously refused to provide any kind of refund nor good will gesture. Extremely disappointing.
The mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a double bed but instead there were two single mattresses on a double bed base. The mattress protector had no angles, therefore the 2 beds split apart over night creating a big hole in the middle.
They ask guests to clean the hob before they leave which makes me wonder, once again, what kind of cleaning they actually do.
The automated message re: pools usage and covid measures that they sent out multiple times prior to our arrival is completely outdated.
There is a broom available, but no scoop which makes it useless.
One of the kitchen tools was burned/melted and should have been replaced.
