Very nice hotel as long as the temperatures outside are not too high.

Location was perfect, very close to Ramstein Air Base. The front desk staff was very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage until our next hotel was available. I would be happy to stay here again.

I didn’t really like the breakfast options, but there was a wide variety of things to choose from. Also, it was very hot in our room and very difficult to cool it down enough to sleep. Luckily, there was a fan in the room to help a little.

Decent place, easy to find

Coffee & croissants in the lobby were delicious

The floor in the room was so dirty I had to wipe off my feet before putting my shoes on. Also, the bathroom needs basic maintenance—the cover to the hand soap was missing and the hairdryer had fallen in it, and the shower head was rigged up with an elastic band. Also, the mini blinds strings were broken.

I stayed here before this visit, and next time I am in Germany will probably try to book here again.

The rooms are good size, the place was quiet and they have a great breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the wi-fi was fast enough for everything I wanted to do. There is a TV in the room, but I didn't watch it this time.

My main complaint was that the elevator stopped working when I was there, and I had to drag my bags up and down stairs, this time it wasn't a big issue, but would have been if I had big bags. even when the elevator does work, you have to move bags up and down a few steps to get to some rooms.

Nice Location, only a few minutes from the base. Breakfast was really good. Staff was nice.

Rooms were decent but may need an upgrade to the carpet in there. Stains on carpet and looks outdated.

Ok place to stay

Great location, staff was friendly, breakfast was great.

I stayed in room 131. The flat screen tv was duck taped to an old tv stand for a box tv that was mounted to the wall. The ceiling fan shakes like it is going to come out of the ceiling. The water in the shower would start off cold and the go to warm which is normal. However then it would go to scalding hot with no warning and would not go back to warm. I had to shut off the water multiple times to finish my shower.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were a decent size.

Housekeeping was hit or miss. There was a microwave in the common area that someone kept warming up fish, so the whole floor stunk.

Nice, close to base, good signage to find, and everything in multiple languages.

The beds were low to the ground.

if I knew the elevator was turned off I would have gone somewhere else.The bathroom shower & sink had water leaking

the primary reason for staying at hotel was available elevator and then it was turned off at about 8 pm.

Large, spacious rooms. Everything was clean. Staff was very helpful.

The walls are very thin, so we could hear our neighbors the entire time.

Great hotel, Great price

Every time we travel to Ramstein we stay here. Everything about the property was great. No complaints. Great staff easy check in and good breakfast.

we did have carpet in the room which made the room smell a little funny but we just open a window.

the breakfast was pretty good and the staff was very nice. it is very close to the base making it very convenient to travel back and forth. The rooms were very clean.

the beds should be replaced soon.

Great location, great hotel! hanks to the hotel management, everything was at a good level!

The breakfast was very rich and varied. Despite the fact that the hotel is positioned at 3 stars, the breakfast corresponded to the level of 5 stars!

For a good rest, the sounds of planes that take off nearby interfere. But whoever comes here knows that there is a big air base here and we went to Ramstein for that!
