The quaint town of Civita is breathtaking. Our host pointed out the beautiful mountain view and the the walking trail down to the river below. Mind-blowing! The room was incredible, with historic antique furniture and a comfy bed with lovely linens. We had an incredible dinner just a three minute stroll away. The breakfast that the host served in their charming breakfast room, with homemade croissants, cheese filled rolled omelets, meats, fresh fruits from their garden, and many other tasty treats, with the most delicious cappuccino, was five-star. You have not really experienced the beauty of Italy, until you have come here. The best food and nicest hosts ever.
There is nothing to dislike.

Die wundervollen Gespräche mit den Gastgebern, die hervorragende Aussicht auf die Raganello-Schlucht. Nicht zu vergessen das außergewöhnliche Frühstück. Nahezu jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Das Dorf Cività und seine Umgebung ist definitiv eine Reise wert.

Jeanluca and his wife were the best hosts. I might say that they were the best we've ever had, but we've been traveling for 60 years so maybe I need to just say that they're in the top 1%. I really want to compliment them for their care, help and friendliness. Also, they made the best breakfast. It was large, hot and delicious. We would linger at breakfast, drinking more coffee, eating an extra muffin and talking to the hosts, to guests and to neighbors. We loved it.
There was nothing I didn't like. The room and bath were modest but completely appropriate.
