Amazing property and just so beautiful. Great location, overlooking vineyards & Montepulciano city. Loved the little cottage, room was very comfortable. Roberta was so lovely, and made sure everything was all setup nicely. Homemade breakfast was excellent, so many options. We got to taste fruits from the farm as well.
Honestly the actual place looks better than the pictures!

A fantastic experience in every aspect! The location and grounds are breathtaking — even better than the pictures.This is truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I’ve been around the world. The room is spacious, well decorated, and super clean. The hosts are gracious, warm, and so helpful. The breakfast was delicious, ample, and homemade. The environment is relaxed and warm amidst outstanding natural beauty. You will be within easy reach of all the Val D’Oricia towns and you can also relax with a picnic on the beautiful grounds. There is also a stunning winery just up the road with a really superior wine tasting experience. I recommend staying here the highest confidence.

Roberta is a wonderful host. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. The room was lovely and the view and serene was exceptional.
Breakfast was delicious, home cooked and a yummy variety of dishes.
