Wonderful place!

Beautiful and spacious place. Location was perfect! Beds were comfortable. Great to have a place to park the car. It was also very quiet. Hosts were very accommodating. They gave us great restaurant recommendations.

A wonderful place to call home while in Tuscany!

The location of this airbnb is right on the edge of the ZTL (so at the top of the hill). This made the city easy to manage for walking, with restaurants just a couple blocks away. The host met us, was helpful with restaurant suggestions - and even left us a bottle of local wine. So nice! We used the laundry, which was also much appreciated. The place itself is very cute - tastefully decorated and with room to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. We loved the little patio, but the weather didn't allow us to use it much other than our breakfast on the last day. Clean, comfortable and the hosts were awesome - would not hesitate to recommend this place!!

The apartment was stunning , so clean everything you needed, beautiful surrounding very quiet, wonderful garden , probably one of the best places we have stayed , would return , and highly recommend to friends , Davide and Raffelle so lovely , lots of good restaurants, amazing place to stay .

lovely apartment in an ideal, central location, with private gated parking right on the edge of ZTL. Great garden and wonderful views. Rafaella and Davide are truly super-hosts, and were very helpful throughout our stay, made us feel like family. hopefully we will be able to come back.

Very cozy and beautiful place.

Part of the house with private courtyard is in the heart of Montepulciano. The apartment is heated. Close to the main square, nearby restaurants, bars, cafes. Amazing views of the Tuscan valleys. It is easy to reach the small Tuscan towns and the val d’Orcia by car. The beds are very comfortable, we slept better than at home :) Clean, tidy, cozy. Our dog really enjoyed the enclosed yard.

Although the kitchen has the necessary cooking equipment, the pan could be refurbished.

We cannot wait to go back!

We truly enjoyed our first stay here! Rafael and David were most charming and helpful showing us their favorite restaurants and most importantly for us, helping us to obtain a taxi to and from Chuisi train station! They also welcomed us with a wonderful bottle of wine which we drank immediately! A big bonus besides the view was being able to wash one small load of wash before our departure. There is no dryer at this property but Rafael provided a nice appliance to help us dry the clothes on. We cannot wait to come back!

There was rain that weekend so the bedrooms felt a bit damp due to the weather and had the typical musty odor, however, Rafael placed these nice smelling inserts in the outlets which solved all. The Wi Fi also did not work at this location that weekend. They have wifi but it only worked for us the first night and maybe cut off due to the weather. We were much too busy exploring and didn't have a chance to ask our Hosts for help but I am sure they would have if we asked.
