Comfortable stay in a lovely Tuscan flat.

This is a lovely flat in a building of only 3 other flats. The location was very good, in a quiet neighbourhood. If you don't have a car it is an easy walk to the grocery store or to the hop on/hop off bus which for 10 euro takes you around Montepulciano. Alternatively, if you wanted to walk all the way to Piazza Grande through the charming but steep streets of the old town, this was easy to do from the flat. The rental kitchen has everything one needs for preparing meals. Two beautiful balconies for a street view or a view over the Tuscan countryside. Air conditioning in every room. A kettle is provided and a cafetera. The host was lovely and I recommend this rental.

This is not a negative, at all, but if you use the parking spot at the rear of the flat please be sure not to block the entrance to the garage door of a neighbour. The garage door is a little bit hidden, and it may not be immediately clear that you are blocking it. Park on the lawn as shown in the picture. Also, if you are only two people, but not a couple, (so you want both rooms and both bathrooms) be sure to make this clear to the host. A "two person per bedroom/bathroom occupancy" is sort of assumed. So if you want to have both bedrooms and bathrooms open to you, when you have two people not sharing, just let them know. When I arrived one bathroom was locked, but I let them know I wanted it and Cinzia came right away to open it for me. Nothing not to like. Thanks to my hosts!

Decent spot for exploring southern Tuscany

Great little kitchen, well stocked. 5 minute walk to the grocery store and just s little further to the city gate. Very nice bathroom, good wifi and great kitchen.

Bedside lamps would be a nice touch- the only bedroom lighting is awful fluorescent light. Bed was wicked uncomfortable unfortunately. We thought we booked a 2 bed/2 bath but the extra bedroom & bathroom were locked. Good thing we are a couple, which nobody confirmed before we arrived. It would have been a surprise for friends/family traveling together.

A nice facility penalised by lack of human touch

The apartment is more than spacious with all the necessary equipment. The available parking spot is a great added value, the location is good and quiet.

Apart from the TV that could definitely be upgraded (now it's very small) considering the living room size and distance from the couch to the screen, I didn't really like the absence of the host at both arrival and departure and also the tone used in communicating by WhatsApp. I guess a "human touch" is always welcome and for me it's making a real difference. A lot of room for improvement here. By reaching out on a personal level, you demonstrate that you genuinely want to work with the prospect or customer and you're motivated to deliver a great customer experience. A personal touch also helps your customers feel valued and can be an important marketing strategy. A personal touch encourages customer loyalty.

Fantastisk udsigt over hele dalen fra terrassen.

Apartment was comfortable and clean

Host was not very friendly. We have to pay extra for caffe capsule. It wasn't Italian style Caffe. Price for apartment was high and located outside old town.
