Large apartment with fantastic balcony!

The apartment is amazing. There are two balconies and the one that faces the back of the place has a stunning view of Tuscany. The kitchen has everything you need. We only wish we’d stayed more than one night; we could easily stay there a week!

Host takes a while to respond, which can be annoying when trying to make plans, but otherwise good. The apartment is not in the town center, it’s on the edge of town. It’s a quick walk into town, and we liked being just outside of it, but if you like being in the center, keep this in mind.

Couple's trip to Tuscany

The apartment was new, clean, in a silent neighborhood and there was everything we needed there. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. The location is excellent, near the city center and very close to a big supermarket.

It was well located outside the town walls and in just a few minutes walk you were at the town entry. The apartment was very clean and looked newly renovated. The furniture was comfortable. They had lots of maps and brochures available and even childrens books. The view was beautiful out over the surrounding hills. Overall it was good value for our one night stay. We loved the town.

Charging 0.50 euro for a coffee pod felt very stingey. They could just leave one capsule per adult per day for the first couple of days.

Nice appartment with private parking. Well located to visit Montepulciano. It's a walking distance from restaurants, grocery and the historical center.

Air conditionning was not available during our stay.

location is at the bottom of town, wear comfortable shoes for uphill walk into town.

Great location just outside the old centre with parking on site. The apartment looked newly renovated and was very cleaned. Bonus that it had 2 bathrooms! Our host was very nice and in spite of our lack of Italian and his lack of English, we communicated well.

We thought there would be a "double" bed in the European sense (meaning 2 singles pushed together) but the beds were actually more like queen beds so our son's had to share. It was only for 1 night so not a big deal. Great apartment overall!

Great location and fantastic view from terrace!

We appreciated the great location, and the safe and secure parking. The apartment has been renovated and has a wonderful kitchen and bathroom. The best feature was spending time on the terrace that overlooks the Tuscan landscape. It’s a million dollar view!

With all the modern updates to the kitchen and bath, I hope the couch in the main room is next. Investing in higher thread count linens and better quality bath towels would have added comfort and value to our stay.

we loved the apartment and so close to walk to the city center

great location very updated and clean

not really the property but the messaging to the property manager did not get to them from booking.com they told us so when we arrived no one was there and the entire place was dark. we had to find a local store owner that could help us to call and get someone to meet us which took some time. the property manager only could use her phone for translation so we could not talk to her over the phone. it was a difficult moment but it all worked out well and the place is perfect

Couldn't be better

The apartment is huge. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Two large rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 terraces, parking in the yard. 5 minutes from the entrance to the old town. Couldn't be better.

We are a family of 4. We had planned to stay in Chiusi and changed our plans last minute to Montipulciano. We were so glad we did! Fabulous place!!! Great location just north of the old part of town so we had free parking but could easily walk in town. Had a couple needs and the lady of the place responded immediately and efficiently. It was fabulous! Only wish we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony was INCREDIBLE!

This flat is located outside the center in a quiet area of the city. It is a typical apartment for everyday life. You can walk to the center for about 10 minutes. The apartment is very large and comfortable. There is no problem with parking the car free of charge. Helpful and friendly staff.

Extremely clean Well equipped Great hot shower Helpful staff translating all info. Near to coffee bars and supermarket Quick walk into Old town

Only thing was heating could of been set a few degrees higher. Say 22°. Might be hard to find street parking in summer.

Clean and spacious apartment with a marvelous view for a fair price

A spacious apartment offering a gorgeous view from the rear balcony. The host welcomed us at the train station and drove us to the apartment for a fair 10€. The communication was briefly done at the check-in but there was no need to expand as everything went pretty well. Everything was clean at our arrival. All in all I wouls say our stay was very enjoyable and for a very fair price.

No washing machine, basic goods in the kitchen were lacking (salt & pepper for example), and it was a pity there was no possibility to store our luggage at the checkout. We had to carry our luggage with us from 11am to 4pm across Montepulciano (you should know that the apartment is down the old city).

Apartment was comfortable and clean

Host was not very friendly. We have to pay extra for caffe capsule. It wasn't Italian style Caffe. Price for apartment was high and located outside old town.
