The room was absolutely beautifully styled. Very nice kitchen, beautiful closets and good storage for bags. It felt very authentic. The staff/owner was really friendly and didn't mind that we were quite late due to some problems with picking up our rental car. Supermarkets within about 10 minutes driving available and a lot of fantastic restaurants. The Etna, Taormina, the sea and Catania are within driving distance so perfect location. There was plenty of parking space below beautifull citrus trees.
The resort itself is beautifully maintained and feels like an oasis of peace and quiet. There are a bbq and sunbeds available
The bed was quite hard and felt a bit old. We thought that the couch was a bit uncomfortable as well. This is however personal preference. The breakfast was a bit disappointing for us too, the breakfast was a basket of toast, butter, jam, two packaged cornetto's, cups for 4 coffee's and two boxes of juice. Only sweet options and it wasn't refilled. Since we stayed for 4 days, we ended up buying our own breakfast. Not a dealbreaker and we would definitely book again. I think this is simpely a cultural difference, since Italians usually eat quite a simple and sweet breakfast, compared to other countries.

Very nice apartments , fully equipped, comfortable, in a quiet and beautiful plantation setting, a manicured garden , shaded car park. Discreet and efficient hosts . Close to the Etna and small seaside villages. Highly recommended for a different view of Sicily .
The breakfast could be taking advantage of the local ressources, agrume juices , local pastries (there is a very nice pastry shop nearby) .
