We had a wonderful stay at Villa Baltica. The property is beautiful, modern, very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, and it was a perfect place for our family holiday. The facilities were great and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Very helpful staff and sauna with jacuzzi on the rainy day was a bless!
There was honestly very little to dislike. We really enjoyed our stay and had no major issues.

Kleines schönes Häuschen, war total ausreichend für 4 Personen! Moderne Ausstattung, in der Küche war alles vollständig. Nichts hat gefehlt.

Die Lage und die Nähe zum Meer
Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Zustand der Räume, Möbel, Qualität der Einrichtung.
Die Kochutensilien waren sehr unzureichend, die Kaffeemaschine defekt und völlig verdreckt.
Möbel und Textilien waren in schlechtem Zustand und alles wirkte sehr billig und wackelig.
Die Türen quietschen und klemmen, es gab zu wenige Schränke/Kommoden und im Bad keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Es wurde leider überhaupt nicht auf Ruhezeiten geachtet, sodass alle von einigen lauten Bewohnern bis morgens um drei wach gehalten wurden...jede Nacht.
Wir werden dieses Ferienhaus nicht nochmal aufsuchen.
