Localização: difícil de ser encontrado a entrada. Pouca sinalização. Houve a necessidade de abertura do portão na chuva. Acesso para o Flat: difícil, carro pequeno e na chuva não deve passar. COZINHA: RISCO IMINENTE, contrário à legislação com a presença de botijão de 13Kg de gás (deveria estar do lado de fora, ao ar livre. Café da manhã: BOM. Visual: Muito bom
