The hotel is charming, full of trees and tropical. The staff was very nice and it was a block away from the beach. We could see the water from the hotel.
The room only had one night stand and the main dresser and there was barely any outlets near the bed or at all in the room. The bathroom was small and didn't have any space other than the toilet area to put our things. For girls, this is a problem with all our hygiene items. We had to take a chair from the hallway to put our things in the room.

Staff and restaurant were good.
It was good enough for 2 nights, bed comfortable enough.
The room had no view, apart from some dodgy back wall about a metre away.
The area is horrible. There was a vibe i got from the minute I went to Boca Chica, lots of old western men and prostitutes.
It is seedy.
It is a shame, because those same people who hang around, touting for business, begging or slobbing around, could be employed by the local community, hotel owners etc, to clean the streets, the beach and rid the place of the disgusting sex tourism.
I think paedos are here.
I was glad it was such a short stay.
