The location is very convenient. The tram stop is just a short walk away, and Firenze Santa Maria Novella station is only three stops from the apartment.
The apartment has a very unique design and feels warm and welcoming. The hosts had thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning before our arrival, which was such a lifesaver after we arrived feeling completely exhausted from the heat. It was a small detail, but it really showed how much care they put into making guests feel comfortable.
The apartment also comes with a washing machine and facilities for drying clothes, which is especially convenient for travelers staying in Italy for a longer trip.

L'emplacement était idéal pour nos déplacements en ville et l'air climatisé fonctionnait parfaitement bien durant les journées chaudes que nous avons subi à Florence lors de notre séjour.
L'adresse ne correspondait pas à ce que nous avions à partir de booking.com. En fait, c'était 43 Citadella et non 1 3 Papaveri. Malgré tout, le GPS nous a amené au bon endroit mais nous ne pouvions repérer l'appartement car nous étions sur Citadelle et non Papaveri. En communiquant avec Whatsapp, nous avons attendu les personnes qui avaient la clé de l'appartement et nous ont fait entrer au 43 Citadella.

La localisation était bonne pour pouvoir visiter la ville.
Appartement dans un quartier très calme et impeccablement propre. Très bien équipé avec une climatisation efficace et indispensable en été. Assisté d'un ventilateur dans chaque chambre. Top pour récupérer des longues balades sous la chaleur du mois de juillet Toscan.
Chambre double en mezzanine. Personnellement j'adore, mais il faut pouvoir monter la 15aines de marches :)
Places de parking compliquées a trouver dans la zone. Parking payant peu pratique même si pas très éloigné de l'appartement.
A posteriori, même pour visiter les villes voisines (Pise, Sienne, Lucas...), la voiture n'est pas indispensable. D'autant plus que les ZTL sont cauchemardesques à comprendre :)
Je mets ça en "défaut", mais pour un séjour sans voiture, l'appartement est proche du centre historique (10-15 minutes à pieds" et à deux pas du tram.
Bac de douche un peu petit.
