About this house rental
Very nice house with character, recently renovated in the purest style of the Ile de Re and tastefully decorated.
The house is composed of a main building (4 bedrooms / 8 beds) and a secondary house (2 bedrooms / 4 beds). Ideal to be together while maintaining a certain independence. You can take your meals outside on the terrace (tables, parasol, barbecue) or inside. The house is ideally located in the center of the Fleet, 5 minutes from the Port, the Marche (open every day), the beach, sailing and tennis clubs.
An outdoor mini-pool / spa completes this property

The house is perfectly located in La Flotte and was accurately described. All the rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, cutlery, etc to meet the needs of the 10 people in our party. The attached annexe proved very useful allowing one of my sons to stay there with his family.The pool, although smallish, turned out to be perfect for the younger members of our group aged four to six.All in all, a delightful property and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The only points of note were that some of the wine glasses were particularly fine and we unfortunately lost three of them. Perhaps some more chunky IKEA type glasses would be more practical. Also, although the wisteria looks wonderful both during the day and at night, it does need a prune. Beautiful home in the charming town of La Flotte. Very conveniently located a few blocks away from the market and shops, but in a quiet street. There was plenty of room for the whole family and the children loved playing in the shared garden. Be aware that parking is not permitted on the road, but there are public parking areas just a short walk away.

Our hosts were welcoming and kind. The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped for our group. The rooms were large and very comfortable and we loved being just around the corner from the market in La Flotte.
