The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were great. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

- Hotel is located at about 1500m altitude on the main ridge of Fayfa mountain
- Nicely furbished rooms with view of the breathtaking terraced mountainside
- 15 minutes drive from the main Abbasiyah peak where one can watch the sunrise over the high mountains of Yemen and Asir
- Nice heritage items displayed in the corridor
- Large parking in front of the hotel
- Option to take breakfast on the terrace on top floor with excellent view
- No restaurant in the hotel (but nice bakery and large choice of foodstores two bends further up the mountain)
- Limited understanding of English

Great view from the room. Tasty breakfast.
Doors to room were slide style and quite annoying/loud. Room was small. Difficult to walk to nearby shops. Drive to get there was challenging/steep.
