Location, facilities, size
Bit noisy, no AC, could have done with some help on how to find/ get into nearest carpark. It was really close, but we went round several times before we realised how to get into carpark

The apartment is in a great location, very close to the Münster and shopping street. It's spacious with comfortable furniture, shutters, fans and a well-equipped kitchen area. It was easy to find the keys and check in: good communication in advance.
Just a couple of nit-picky things like missing handles, a large clock that had stopped working, a not-very-well-made bed and a dodgy iron. They're small details but they would make a big difference.

Great location in the middle of Freiburg. Easy walk from the train station. Handy to walk around the munster and the old town and all the central restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable, easy to access. 2 supermarkets very close by.
Downside of the central location is the outside noise - 6am Munster bells on Weds, people in the street at night, rubbish trucks etc early in the morning. If you are sensitive about noise take earplugs or stay in a less central location. But we did like to be so close to everything so accepted the noise.
Pillows were very soft and squishy. Could have done with 2 pillows.

great location, in the city centre and pedestrian zone. spacious rooms, renovated kitchen and bathroom. there was also a coffee machine available.
Upon arrival the keys are left in a safe box and retrieved with a code. We were left the wrong set of keys and did not have the key to the building entrance, so we had to call and wait for someone to open the door. The sheets for the sofa were not changed, we were given the clearly used sheets, had to call for someone to come and bring the clean sheets. the floor was full of hair, clearly not cleaned properly. as well we were told that there is parking availability to book to be then told a few hours later that parking is not available, when we were already on the way and had to them search for alternatives.
