I got a good night's sleep, but my plans for watching a little of the Super Bowl were scuttled.

No breakfast included. The room was sparse but relatively comfortable. It was conveniently located for my trip.

No towels were supplied. Although they advertised that they had TV, there was no live TV available on the set. Also the TV had no sound. Netflix did work, but without the sound. There was only one electrical outlet available (2 plugs) which were occupied by the TV cord and lamp cord. They had provided a power bar so you could plug in your devices, but it was not working.

No way would I stay again...

The place was disgusting, very unclean and I was locked out of the actual housing unit to do with the fact that they had a screen door lock. The sheets were dirty the walls were dirty the bathrooms were dirty, lots of hair entered all over the shower walls. The room smells like baby diapers. The kitchen had no utensils, there were no toiletries as promised. I was given one towel, the heat could not be controlled and it was locked in a lockbox at 67° in the middle of fall. The location was sketchy, the other guests were up at all hours of the night. I even had to leave a day early due to the fact that the experience was so awful. I would not recommend staying here whatsoever. Springs were coming out of the mattress and it was only given a mattress sheet and disgusting comforter. Even after taking a shower I felt even dirtier. Booking.com tried to reach out to the owners to correct the situation and possibly get some type of a refund, but they never responded nor even responded to me. No communication was made on their end. Very unprofessional. I've never left a bad review like this, I've stayed in hundreds of hotels as I travel a lot for work and for leisure. This was by far the worst.

Only for one night...

The communication was very good and when I couldn't enter the room, I got a reply very quickly.

The house was loud, there was no air-conditioning, and the facilities were to be shared with the other guests.

Check in was a problem-45 min to get into property, misled about shared bathroom, only 1 towel for 2 guests,no facecloth, not particularly clean, no top sheet on the bed

Buyer beware, they rip you off with a “cleaning fee” even though the page explicitly says no hidden fees. I was quoted $68 for the room plus $26 in taxes and fees on the page. I was charged $126. If i wanted to pay that i would have used a chain with a private bathroom, not a shared room with a shared bathroom. The manager is not there and does not answer the phone, the only contact is by email. When i asked them to explain they said it was a cleaning fee and then simply ceased to respond. I am challenging this through my credit card. This is simple theft in my book.

Pros: vomfy bed, air conditioner/fan, TV, garbage can, nice quiet location ! Cons: coffee absolutely sucks. It was instant cheap coffee. No cream. No sugar. Tea selection was awful. Had to do my own dishes !! Had to drink cheap AF instant gross coffer with no cream or sugar. Ugh !!! Another con: the window shades still let in a fair amount of light when shut. Needs some black out curtains instead.

I think I will delete this app and never recommend it to anyone for the rest of my life

Very, very, very bad experience, do not ever book this hotel, in fact, it is not a hotel, and a basement of a crappy house in the middle of the city, not worth anyone's money. Booking.com should kick such people out of the app. I tried to cancel after booking, but the person in charge did not reply to my message, nor did he reply to the five emails sent by the booking official on my behalf. I waste $200 and get nothing.

At first it was fine. The host was polite. I told him I was going to sip on Wisers then go to bed. I went to bed early after eating. I read my devotional and bible, having it on the bedside stand. I had Christian music playing during my stay (by my bedside stand). During the night, a saw a man stand over to my right side. I was frightened. I begged him to wear a condom. because I knew I wouldn't be able to fight him off. He left. Around 0200hrs, I wake up to have a smoke on the hour. I never made loud noised in any way, shape or form. At around 0630hrs, when I went for a smoke, the owner yelled at me to leave his house. It's his right, but it made me afraid. My toothbrush was missing. I didn't take me too much time to get myself together, strip the bed, and remove the trash.

Warm, welcoming and well fed!

Breakfast was exquisite. Fresh crepes with powdered sugar and homemade whipped cream served besides a deliciously brewed oatmilk latte from one of the in-house barristas. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. First class service. The location was fantastic and easy to find. Close to some great local pubs and eateries. I will definitely stay here again!
