Price performance quite good.

Apartment was very nice with a wonderful view. Location was directly at the beach along the promenade. Shopping area was just around the corner. You have a 30 min free parking space very close to the apartment (Brabantstraat).

Apartment should have been cleaned better. Bedroom and bed was very dusty. You need to bring towels and bed clothes with you. There was no information before booking. Apartment fits for 3 people.

nice place, deserves more care

The room was nicely furnished, with good taste. Had coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge, so all you need. What was extremely perfect, is the view, from the window, directly to the beach and the sea. The house itself is very silent, so the best for relaxation.

The room was not clean. Dust under the furniture, remaining dried food in the microwave oven, red-wine spots, and rest-food in the fridge. There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, while some cleaning materials were chaotically thrown in under the sink. You have to bring bedclothes and towels. Maybe that is mentioned in the description, but I did not find before. One of the light switch boxes had no cover, and as we traveled with kids, found very dangerous. And actually, even with two small kids, the apartment is not enough for four people. For three, it is perfect. A disadvantage, which is known for this part of Nieuwpoort, that the parking situation during the season is horrible. Hard to find any parking place, and the nearby ones can be used only for several hours (4 maybe).

Ligging was prima!
