Newly renovated room was functional and clean. The owner and staff were friendly and very helpful when available. The location near downtown was convenient.
No maid service after first night … had to go ask for more coffee pods and creamer, make our own bed and re-use towels. The bathroom sink drained very, very slowly and it took a long time to get hot water. Location on the main road was a bit noisy though quieted after 9PM.

Location was convenient, walked to shops & restaurants. Relaxing atmosphere.Full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker were useful.
Could've used an extra set of towels.

Clean and comfortable. Great view of the beautiful lake and boats. Fun to see a sea plane take off. Enjoyed the call of the loons. Good exposure to the wildness of Maine.

There was a family with a wild little boy who took over our picnic table and dragged our chairs to another cabin to create his fort while his guardians did ziltch. Although absolutely not the responsibility of of hotel - definitely impacted my stay. Bathrooms had a significant amount of white residue on the bathroom sink. I believe to be a cleaning agent. The counters were orange so my belief if the cleaning staff didn't care. Also, no trash bag in the bathroom and there was brunette short hair all over the shower. View was great. Ducks are cute.
