My stay at Ivory Coaste was nothing short of enchanting. From the moment I arrived, it felt less like checking into accommodation and more like being welcomed into a peaceful hidden sanctuary surrounded by nature and calm.
Aparna was an exceptional host, genuinely warm, thoughtful and endlessly helpful without ever being intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and her kindness and attention to detail made the whole experience feel incredibly personal and special.
The property itself has such a tranquil charm to it. Waking up amongst the trees, hearing the birds, and feeling completely removed from the noise of everyday life was exactly what I needed.
And the food… honestly, next level delicious. Every meal felt lovingly prepared, fresh, authentic and full of flavour. Some of the best home-cooked food I’ve had during my travels in India.
The beaches were just a couple of minutes walk away. Unspoilt and just breathtaking
If you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, soulful and beautifully authentic in Kannur, this place is an absolute gem. I arrived intending to stay briefly and left wishing I’d booked much longer. Highly recommended.

The property was in a perfect location, so close to the beach, serene and peaceful surrounding. Aparna was the best host, really looked after us during our stay and helped us sort travel for the next stages in our trip. She also makes the best mango lassi. We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back on our next visit to Kerala!
